Summary
This csv file contains information about the custom library fields that sourced from the library or site.
Columns
The following columns are included:

| TypeAsString | Field type |
| Required | Is this a required field? |

| ScanId | Id of the assessment |
| SiteUrl | Fully qualified site collection URL |
| WebUrl | Relative URL of this web |
