Restore-PnPFlow [-Environment <PowerAutomateEnvironmentPipeBind>] -Identity <PowerAutomateFlowPipeBind> [-Connection <PnPConnection>]

This cmdlet Restores a specific flow

Restores the specified flow located in the default environment.

Restores the specified flow located in the specified environment
