spo report activityfilecounts

Gets the number of unique, licensed users who interacted with files stored on SharePoint sites

Usage

m365 spo report activityfilecounts [options]

Options

-p, --period <period>

The length of time over which the report is aggregated. Supported values D7, D30, D90, D180.

-h, --help [help]

Output usage information. Optionally, specify which section of command's help you want to see. Allowed values are options, examples, remarks, response, full. Default is options.

--query [query]

JMESPath query string. See http://jmespath.org/ for more information and examples.

-o, --output [output]

Output type. json, text, csv, md, none. Default json.

--verbose

Runs command with verbose logging.

--debug

Runs command with debug logging.

Remarks

This command supports only csv and json output.

Examples

Gets the number of unique, licensed users who interacted with files stored on SharePoint sites for the last week

m365 spo report activityfilecounts --period D7

Gets the number of unique, licensed users who interacted with files stored on SharePoint sites for the last week and exports the report data in the specified path in text format

m365 spo report activityfilecounts --period D7 --output text > "activityfilecounts.txt"

Gets the number of unique, licensed users who interacted with files stored on SharePoint sites for the last week and exports the report data in the specified path in json format

m365 spo report activityfilecounts --period D7 --output json > "activityfilecounts.json"
